His background spans over three decades of heading Media & Entertainment and Technology Companies in Hollywood and India. His expertise includes, for both US and India, Strategy Consulting, Market Expansion, Capital Raising, Film & TV Funding, and M & A. His sector focus has been Content Production, Acquisition, Distribution for Film, Television, Sports; OTT and Digital Technology; and Smart City Development.

Mohinder’s versatile background, which includes running Fox Studios India as their Managing Director and his earlier LA based entrepreneurial venture Dream World Technology and Entertainment, bring an out-of-the-box approach for the next level of growth of clientele at his current entrepreneurial ventures Golden Bird Entertainment (GBE) and Mumbai Media City (MMC). In addition, his C-level relationships in the US, Indian, and Global Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Smart City Markets help him create a strong Client and Partnership Ecosystem for GBE and MMC. Mohinder’s illustrious career has enabled him to help major Hollywood Studios and TV Networks expand their business in the US and India using Innovative Business Models and Multiple Revenue Streams.

He has also launched and successfully headed International Business for the world’s largest Independent Media Agency, Carat Media’s India operations, and for Nimbus Communications Ltd, the leading Indian Sports Management and Broadcast Company. Also, since 2011, Mohinder has been a Member of the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and a Judge of their prestigious Emmy® Awards. He has received an International Business MBA (IMBA) with Dean’s List Honors from University of Southern California (USC), Marshall School of Business, a US top ten IMBA School, and an Engineering Degree with Honors from VJTI, India’s Premier Engineering and Technology Institution.
